Roles & Responsibilities:

– Work closely with Head- HR & Admin on End to End Recruitment, HR Functions, Policies, Processes etc.
– Responsible to hire new recruits & develop teams across all the verticals ,primarily in SDLC/SDET/IT.
– Responsible to take the ownership according to the the company’s requirement & effectively implementing company’s HR Strategy, policies, practices and systems.
– Sourcing & screening the right talent, taking interviews, efficiently doing salary negotiations, closing offers, onboarding, conducting induction/orientation, initiate training programs, employee engagement, performance management, grievances, exit formalities etc.
– Responsible to take care of salary preparation, employees personal files records, Dashboards, Vendor management, performance appraisals, attendance management, leave policies & other HR policies or generalist activities.
– Review and study metrics received on various factors like employee engagement, attrition, headcounts, vendor costs, investments required in employees etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
