Full Job Description
Zycus is looking out for an HR Analytics expert for its team. This role is responsible for gathering, processing, and benchmarking qualitative and quantitative data around people practices and related metrics. The incumbent will use these analyses to churn out useful insights and make recommendations related to employee onboarding and retention, key performer talent management, and learning and development strategies to the HCM team and leadership.
Principle accountabilities:
Gather and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the internal human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, learning and development initiatives, and other sourcesCompute, analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with focus on people engagement, onboarding training, and learning & development practicesPrepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to stakeholders and senior leadership on people practices and metrics within Zycus, and benchmarking in some casesReport on key HCM metrics like overall attrition and key performer attrition, organizational structure health, onboarding training, and employee learning consumptionWork with OD/L&D Lead to design, implement and report on key internal management and employee surveys like employee engagement surveys, change management and risk management surveys, new joiner feedback surveys, managerial effectiveness surveysManage internal learning management system (LMS – database) end-to-end; create new joiner accounts and deregistration of exiting employees, create and assign employees to common onboarding training and other L&D courses and learning paths, manage feature upgrades and invoicing in coordination with LMS vendor and procurement teamsContinuously work with various internal stakeholders to collaborate on key projects for data gathering and maintaining updated, accurate and relevant databases on people metrics

Ability to work in an agile environment and use agile approaches to deliver projects undertakenSeeks to bring in innovation in their work by using various reporting, analytical and/ or automation tools to make the output efficientStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesZeal for learning and continually upgrading self with HR and technology skillsetsExperience using HR management and information systemsAbility to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations with insightsGood research abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWorked as an HR or data analyst or similar rolesBasic working knowledge of various automation tools and software that can be applied to their scope of work (preferred)

Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have:
BE in CS/IT /MBA/PGDM – HRAtleast 2 year of experience in Data AnalyticsVery strong at MS-ExcelStrong foundation and knowledge of statisticsThorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideasStrong communication skillsSomeone who can think ‘outside-the-box’Stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience of using the Tableau Reporting Tool will be an added advantageVery Strong in Python programming
