HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST/PROGRAM LEAD
We seek an experienced HR professional for a Program Lead position in our Pune, India) office. The Expedition (EXPdn) Captain helps lead professional growth and development activities for our entry-level and junior lateral hire associates across business tracks: learning and development champion, performance and career coach, people development lead and employee engagement steward. Associates participate in a structured First-Year Program comprising curricular and on-the-job learning; second-year content is delivered through business units, but Associates continue to report to the Expedition Captain. The position reports to the Expedition Program Manager and works closely with key business leaders to shape the program.
Responsibilities:
Develop and orchestrate the Associate experience for ZS India, providing ongoing coaching, career planning, staffing guidance and developmental counseling for assigned associates;
Implement an Associates Program that meets learning objectives and milestones, and can evolve to meet future growth needs;
Define, together with the Learning & Development team, the curriculum for learning sessions that support customized business unit learning roadmaps;
Host monthly meetings to deliver learning curriculum, maintain office hours for advising and appropriately partner with key business and HR teams as necessary to ensure ongoing performance feedback and coaching;
Ensure program participants undertake and fulfill learning objectives associated with core competencies / curriculum necessary for accelerated learning and career progression;
Partner with key business stakeholders and HR colleagues (Learning & Expertise Development, Operations, Staffing) to support ongoing active learning and strong employee engagement;
Maintain a healthy culture amongst program participants that values and reinforces key aspects of ZS culture and core values (honesty, integrity, accountability, quality, innovation and collaboration);
Support various projects and initiatives that support the onboarding and development of the cohort group.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree/MBA strongly preferred);
8-14 years relevant work experience, ideally in multinational/global professional services;
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage large-scale learning, development or onboarding programs;
Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams;
Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams;
Ability to navigate matters to closure in ambiguous situations
Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with colleagues (business/HR) to ensure timely, efficient and accurate deliverables;
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization. Should have the skill to create and deliver presentations to large audiences and leadership teams;
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against tight timelines;
Attention to detail and commitment to get things done;
Good sense of humor appreciated!
