Job description:We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.Implementing discipline, developing and implementing PA, monitoring all team members activities, defining progress path of every employees, setting process and supervising the sameOrganizing meetings rhythm, maintaining healthy and happy atmosphere in the organizationReduce gap between team members and leadersHR person must be capable to motivate and inspire team membersShould be able to handle all HR & Admin activitiesEmployee engagementEmployee grievancesShould be proactive and should handle a teamDay-to-day admin work.Handling attendance sheet & managing timesheetMaintaining leave recordsManpower Planning:Understand business requirements and prepare manpower planning in consultation with Management.Design talent acquisition strategy and develop system to attract quality talent in the organization.Develop & improve selection process. Ensure on boarding process is completed as per the time line.Ensure right man is at right place for optimum utilization of Workforce to achieve Organizational goalsTalent ManagementDesign & conduct orientation program for all new joiners . Complete 30/60/90 days induction processReview performance of new joiners during probation and provide guidance to improve on job performancePerformance Management SystemImplementing Discipline, Developing And Implementing PA, Monitoring All Team Members Activities, Defining Progress Path Of Every Employees, Setting Process And Supervising The Same.HR person must be capable to motivate and inspire team membersPlan and conduct quarterly performance appraisals. Compile performance data and submit to Management. Ensure performance feedback is given to employeesTraining & DevelopmentIdentify performance gaps. Convert gaps into individual development plan and develop a measurable instrument to check the performance of employee. Ensure development plans are completed as per given schedule.Perform training need analysis to understand training needs and design training calendar. Arrange training programs as per calendar.Develop tools to measure the training effectiveness. Take appropriate steps to improve learning.Employee Communication & EngagementDesign HR and Administration policies according to business needs. Update and communicate policiesacross the organization. Handle grievances of employees and provide appropriate solutions.Plan and conduct employee engagement initiatives to develop sound culture in the organization.
