Job Responsibilities & Requirement
· Responsible for profitable growth of distributors business in the allocated
territory and achieving business result as per the Business Plan.
· Achievement of targets with respect to Key Performance Indicators e.g.
Sales Volume, Sales Price Level, BOI, TVA, A/C Receivables.
· Making Product Presentation to customers / Distributors
· Effective implementation of Sales Strategy, deployed through a Sales &
Marketing activity plan.
· Mapping the business Potential & growth opportunities for the Business.
· Sales Forecasting.
· Developing & expansion of the Distributor network.
· Identification, Assessment of the prospective Distributors / Recommending
for Appointment.
· Sales Promotion activities including periodic Customer Surveys.
· Customer Relationship Management activities including OEMs / End user customers
· Monitoring & reporting market developments with respect to Industry Segment, Bearing Trade including Competitors’ Activities.
· Performance evaluation & monitoring of Distributor’s Sales & other
marketing activities.
· Monitoring & Control of Sales & Admn (S&A) Expenses of self.
· Responsible for co-ordination of logistics issues for the customer.
· Responsible for the implementation of the strategies, business plans, and
cost of doing business.
· Responsible for negotiation process and support.
· Participate/lead in customer/business development projects
· To prepare, execute and monitor effective sales and marketing activity plan.
· To map the business potential and growth opportunities.
· Participating in and coordinating customer surveys.
· Establishing and updating end customers/user database for effective
customer relationship management..
· To report the monthly performance to the Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head.
