Guest Relations Executive / Hostess – FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY.
Job profile includes assisting the club / hotel in the daily management of the operations by efficient member interactions, hands on involvement in order to achieve set standards, Member satisfaction, and contribute to revenue. Establish effective member relationship and ensure their satisfaction at all Member service areas. Overlook and be responsible to all activities, staffing and operations at the Front Desk.
The key responsibilities include:
· Meet up members not only at the Lobby but also at other member areas to ensure they are attended and as per our service standards.
· To maintaining professional relationship with members and keep a record of interactions and follow up if any.
· Ensure that the Comments and Complaints that need immediate attention are escalated to the right authority.
· Ensuring that the member comments, complaints and compliments are recorded daily in the right file.
· Promote and sell various packages like Golf, Gym, Spa etc; planned club events, meeting rooms and private events.
· Internal communication to other departments regarding any event or reservation of any amenity.
· Attending to messages and calls on official cell phone. Broadcasting any messages pre-approved by the GM or the Marketing head
Candidate profile:
Education: University degree.
Knowledge & Experience required:
· 1 – 5 years’ experience of working with luxury brands/5-star hospitality/top tier automobile brands/ premium real estate/wealth management in business development/sales or key account management
· Must have experience of working in a fast paced corporate/business focused environment.
· Experience in handling guest.
· Good understanding of dealing with Founders, CXOs, UHNIs, celebrities and super-achievers.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
