What will you do?
Work with the HR business partner on BU specific projects and people initiatives
Drive monthly and quarterly pulse surveys for the business, analyse data, and prepare dashboards and reports to be presented to business stakeholders
Plan and execute HR specific action items for each business unit in partnership with the HR business partner
Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their point of contact for all HR related concerns
Conduct Exit interviews, record and analyse data and present to the HR partner for further action
Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence basis research on industry best practices
Provide assistance to Business Partner’s in routine activities and HR projects
Organize employee engagement activities and events at the team and org level
Help with compliance reporting
What do you need?
MBA in HR from a reputed university (preferable)
1-2 years of relevant experience working as an HR Generalist
Experience working on HR systems and platforms, HR operations – onboarding, documentation, separation along with experience in coordinating engagement initiatives
Strong attention to detail with a self-driven attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel and G-Suite
