Requirements
What will I be doing?
You will be working with the business leaders across Zenoti and the teams within the Service organization to streamline processes, influence change, and drive operational excellence. You should be proficient with software tools used in project and software team management as well as driving adherence and process compliance. Your job is to make the Service organization operationally efficient and productive while achieving the business goals.
Work with services regional leaders and provide team metrics and progress reports
Provide timely reports and forecasts for management reviews and dashboards for visibility to the organization as well as senior leadership
Manage integrations with existing and new systems within Zenoti ecosystem to aid the operations of the Services organization
Track the various customer projects and resource allocation for efficient planning to drive operational efficiency
Identify areas of improvement and work with business leaders to roll out focused initiatives and drive the execution of these initiatives

What skills do I need?
15+ years of work experience with 5-10 years’ experience in project management preferably in customer-facing roles
A passion for operational excellence with at least 2-3 examples of demonstrated value addition at an organizational level.
Experience working with JIRA, MS Project or other Agile Project Management tools
Experience developing dashboards and operational reports with a flair for rapid what-if scenario planning
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple project teams in various geographies
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and ability to define the strategy for change and direct the team member to deliver the goods.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple business functions
Can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up environment
