1. You shall be responsible for the discharge of following responsibilities, however, the same would be subject to revision to any extent absolutely at the discretion of the management of the Firm.
2. Follow through all orders (pre-orders and post orders) from the point of confirmation till delivery, to ensure seamless customer service experience at every touch point.
3. Data entry of all orders received offline into the Order Processing System.
4. Keep customers informed of any delays if at all in their order deliveries.
5. Coordinate between customer and operations team for repairs and after sales services for the customers.
6. Resolve all tickets/ customer queries in a timely manner.
