You should have daily conversations to go over open requirements. Update “recruiter comments” section of the requirement with the date/short details of such conversations.
If they are unable to submit resumes to a requirement, check with them what issues they are having.
You should then use your experience to see if you agree with them or not (some of the recruiters may not be doing in-depth searching that is required to find resumes).
Recruiters are also expected to update daily requirements template with such information under “comments”.
Weekly review of “under-performing” recruiters. This is primarily a brief discussion with each recruiter on Pending requirements, challenges, interviews, etc.
Full monthly review of all recruiters (like what is being done).
Have to ensure recruiters are meeting the goals.
Have to track to see if recruiters are working from 8:30am-6:00pm EST or 9:00am-6:30pm EST.

Update ATS with details as required
Help recruiters with keywords and also help in creating the search strings.
Provide help to recruiters in identifying alternate sources for sourcing.
Provide sourcing help to recruiters if they are having issues identifying resumes. This is very critical especially for requirements from category a and b clients and for requirements that require niche skills.
