Job Overview

The Material Controller will be responsible for managing and processing data within the ERM system to ensure accurate and efficient operations in the oil and gas sector. This role involves handling various ERM modules related to supply chain, inventory management, procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management:

• Input and maintain data related to inventory, procurement within the ERM system.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different ERM modules.

System Monitoring

• Monitor ERM system performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Perform regular system checks and data audits to ensure data integrity.

ing And Analysis

• Generate and analyze s on inventory levels

Compliance And Documentation

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to ERM operations and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with systems

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP modules related to supply chain, inventory, procurement

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in related fields.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
