Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our People & Business Ops Team in India! In this role, you will be responsible for Sourcing, Attracting, and Hiring talented people for technical and non-technical roles in order to meet the company’s workforce needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
Managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Working closely with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive candidates through online employment platforms, social media, etc.
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards /colleges, etc.
Screening resumes and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Promoting the company’s reputation and culture as a great place to work
Organizing and working on Campus hiring
Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and rejected candidates, and other candidate relationships
Record feedback on the hiring process from all the candidates post the completion of the interview.
Following up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.
Helping the people team with ad-hoc jobs
Requirements:
4+ years of recruiting experience
Experience working in a Startup and fast-paced environment
Experience in sourcing and hiring Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) We use Freshteams!
Familiarity with job boards and solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
BS/MS in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience (in related field)
