About the Role
You will work as part of the Middle Office team to support Consumer Lending. You will be responsible for day to day deliverables of the team, closely work with various stakeholders to ensure the SLAs are green.
Responsibilities:
Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
Must be able to adapt to assignments quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Demonstrates ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the department
Ability to initiate production/quality projects (six sigma/kaizen) for improving performance of the section

Essential Qualifications
University degree in Business or related discipline.
Experience of more than 5 years in US Mortgage / Banking.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
