Job Description

Looking for a Manager-Sales & Marketing for a renowned company engaged in manufacture of all kind of Plywood, Mica, Film Face Ply, Block Board, Decorative Laminates, and Flush doors, etc.

• Responsible for planning, developing and maintaining marketing growth strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Promoting and executing sale of products in assigned territory.

• Exploring business opportunities, screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
• Meeting various Clients, Architects, Contractors and Consultants to generate enquiries and market our products.
• Expanding client base and driving sales through various network channels.
• Gather upcoming project information and initiate follow up action to grab opportunities.
• Arranging technical presentations and quotations to clients,
• Responsible for all pre and post sales activities, including payment follow up.
• Communicate and respond to clients on day to day basis to resolve various issues and build strong customer relationship
• Coordination with in-house Design and Production team for speedily execution of projects.
• Responsible for providing periodic MIS on sales activities and emerging market trend, etc.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with specialisation in Marketing, Proficient in MS Office and various search engines.

Experience

• Should have 8-12 years experience in sales & marketing, preferably in plywood and laminates Industry/wood panel Industry.
• Having intimate understanding of emerging marketing channels, latest trends, technologies and methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
