Responsible to ensure the conversion of OP to IP business for respective product specialty
Works though an integrated approach with Doctor and support staff to ensure good customer experience.
Orients and educates patients and their families by meeting them and
Handholding them end to end.
Providing educational information in conjunction consultants related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care requirements.
Interdepartmental coordination for delivering patient experience right from facilitating admission to discharge and further coordination for continual care requirements.
Captures the data points of the prospective patients – contact details, financial details, corporate/ tpa/ cash/ insurance for further communication with the patient
Maintains prospective patient database by entering new information as it becomes available.
Maintains the pipeline of such patients and regularly follow – ups to generate walk-ins
Monitors delivery of care by patient rounds and meeting with patient relatives and facilitating requirements on regular basis.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
Generate the required MIS and functionally reports to product associate and management on the entire conversion process.
Brings out the excellent customer delight through conversion process and relationship management.
