Responsibilities Manage entire sales cycle from product introductions to deal closuresBuild, maintain client relations, and explore opportunity to upsellWork with internal teams such as Marketing or Sales Development teams to engage audiences and clients more deeplyDemonstrate and present Wobot’s solution to potential prospects and work towards creating a professional industry leader position for you and WobotNegotiate contracts and packagesMeet and exceed KPIs and sales targetsPossess deep knowledge of Wobot’s product offering and value propositionProactively pursue new business and sales opportunitiesBe a brand ambassador and always reflect company valuesRemain updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors in the respective assigned geographies.Monitor sales pipeline & track key metrics through CRM by keeping it up to date and reviewing the pipeline movement with head of sales & international market on a weekly basis.Requirements At least 5 years of proven work experience in Sales or Business Development.Preferred hands-on experience in account management for SaaS platform.Experience in handling clients in UK/Europe/Middle East/SEA region.An ability to gasp client’s needs and to increase customer engagementSound knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsBusiness acumen with problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAnalytical and time-management skillsMBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fieldHow we work?We are fully remote until further notice, but we do have our office open in Delhi in case you want to work from the officeMicrosoft Teams is our go to tool for daily communicationWe conduct daily standups and team meetings over TeamsWe encourage open discussion and debate, and place tremendous value on ownership and founder mindset.We value: design + amazing UI/UX, documentation, To-Do lists and Data based decisionsWe’re distributed but not alone!
