Eligibility Criteria :
– 5 to15 years of experience in a client facing role in a reputed organization.
– Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English & Hindi. Any other languages known would be added bonus.
– The roles and responsibilities will include operational understanding, managing, handling and coordinating the entire services for our esteemed clients and deliver an exceptional experience.
– The candidate should be dedicated, smart worker with multi-tasking abilities & customer satisfaction oriented with an eye for attention to detail.
– The candidate should be willing to work in a 24*7 kind of work environment and should be flexible with shifts.
– Responsible to support day to day queries with the highest level of customer service via telephone and email.
– Excellent call, email etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
– Open to change, learning new skills & moving to new job roles.
– Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks.
– The candidate should have good knowledge in MS Excel, Email.
