Tracking down Cycle Time

Tracking down Down Time Line wise and Machine Wise

Ramp-up plan preparation

TDM Report for all the existing machine /line

Co-ordinate with Layout for any Layout issues in Line

Co-ordinate with Equipment for any Layout issues in Line

HC allocation/Preparation for all the Line

POR preparation/Modification for Upcoming/Existing projects

Part of CFT meetings

Co-ordination with Customer for getting approval if any changes in POR

Calculating Trays, Bumpers, Pallets and Jigs requirements for Existing and Up-Coming Projects.

Visual Management for all the Lines.

To resolve internal issues raised by CFT related to 4M’s
