Job description –

• Should have experience in entire HR Functions
• Handling all employee-related grievances and issues and taking steps according to the company norms and handling local bodies.

Required Candidate profile –

• Have command over Labor laws and HR Sub systems like, HR Planning, HR Recruitment, Payroll Management, MS Office
• Communication, Problem Solving, Change Management
