During the training,you will get extensive training on the Product, Sales Skills, Processes and Tools. The training period willequip you with opportunities to practice your skills and develop yourself to meet the expectations of the full-time role. This training will be for a period of One Month.Executive – Business DevelopmentUpon successful completion of the training period, you will join the Company as Executive or Consultant – Business Development and connect with key people like tutors and coaching professionals, demonstrate the product and close the deals to digitize their business with Winuall’s product offerings.Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently:- initiating conversations with provided leads & introducing Winuall- listening carefully to identify the potential client’s interests & requirements- pitching the product and demonstrating product features to generate interest- addressing all the queries and concerns of the clients to their satisfaction- closing the deals with clients with clear understanding & agreement- preparing weekly and monthly sales reportsDesired Competencies- Excellent communication and listening skills to deeply understand the client’s training needs- Strong ability to explain anything in a simple and detailed manner- Strong desire to help / support / resolve and create an experience for the beneficiary- Willingness to seek support, learn and achieve one’s goals- Ambition to continuously exceed expectations towards delivery and timelinesEducational Qualification- Any graduate or post graduate with strong interest in business developmentcareers.- Any experience during internships in business development / sales roles is an added advantageCompensation DetailsAs a Trainee, you will be paid a fixed stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month.As an Executive – Business Development, you will be offered a fixed CTC of Rs. 3,63,847 (Approx.26 K per month before taxes and after all statutory deductions). You will be eligible for monthly incentives based on achievement of goals.As a Consultant – Business Development, you will be offered a fixed CTC of Rs. 4,12,771 (Approx. 30 Kper month before taxes and after all statutory deductions). You will be eligible for monthly incentivesbased on achievement of goals.Work LocationThe location during Training will be ‘Work from Home’.Post successful completion of Training and evaluation of your profile for the full time role, you might be made one of the following offers:- ‘Work From Home’ location for Inside Sales role. However, you will be expected to undertake travel withinthe city of residence, as required.- To be based out of any city for Field Sales role.
