Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Expert to join. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence on various social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving meaningful results.

Job Description

1. Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
2. Create high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
3. Monitor and engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and foster a positive brand image.
4. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
5. Use data and analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, on key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing initiatives.
8. Manage and allocate budgets effectively for social media advertising and other promotional activities.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
