Responsibilities:

• Willing to work in USA Blended process (Calling+ Emails).
• Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads.
• Route and match loads in a cost-effective manner.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions.
• Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers.
• Scheduling and dispatching the Logistics Drivers as well as monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Update web portals with up-to-date load information.
• Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
• Monitor and update shipment statuses on the company’s internal applications.
• Building relationships with our truck drivers, supporting them with information and directions for when they’re out on the road.
• Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.

• Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.
• Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in international logistics.
• Ability to multitask.
• Fluent English.
• Open to work in shifts.

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YEARS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift

• Mohali – 160062, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
