Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll be looking for you to manage the existing Thailand client relationships while sourcing new long-term partnerships. Your role includes target settings, budgeting, forecasting, negotiating, and closing deals with subscribers as well as identifying and developing opportunities within the region. You will control sales and marketing expenses within the region and will be directly accountable for the achievement of transactional and revenue goals. You’ll also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing service quality issues with all levels of the field team while building, reviewing, and analysing performance and competitive data. You will enhance merchandising, introduce new products and pricing proposals with a seamless digital money transfer experience, while also focussing on cost, coverage, and quality.
We’ll be looking for you to have 7-9 years of client relationship management experience, including 3-4 years in sales background. You will need to be highly self-motivated, confident with high integrity, and a strong tenacity to outperform the competition. You will be financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a fast-paced environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets. You will also need to possess a good understanding of consultative sales principles and be adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships. You must be fluent in writing and speaking Thai and English.
