The position is responsible to make the work environment conducive for the staff. Facilitate and support the Institution’s Business Strategy, enable t
he achievement of the goals, build talent pipeline for succession/critical roles. The broad purpose is to attract, retain, and motivate the staff to achieve institute’s objective. Candidate would drive the recruitment process for the campus, conducting orientation, arranging & co-ordinating training programs for employees. Implement and administer performance management process as per the PMS policy and timelines. Knowledge and experience of the Higher Education Sector’s regulatory/statutory compliances and processes; Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
We are looking for the senior professional with Post graduate qualifications 7-10 years of relevant experience .
Candidate should be expert is handling above responsibilities while also being versatile in the use of a wide variety of Technology tools, Excellent employee relations, He/She would be expected to administer, problem solve, and ensuring HR operations are efficient, effective, and compliant. The selected candidate should possess a strong personality and be decisive.
