About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace 2. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form 3. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 4. Work on processing the documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.)
