Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and update job descriptions
Sourcing potential candidates through various sources (Employee Referral, Networking & social media and professional platforms)
Post job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Tracking prospective candidate from the interview selection and hiring
Screen applicants’ resume, shortlist and schedule interviews
Interview candidates telephonically and through online meetings
Taking continuous feedback with the hiring manager and taking subsequent decisions. and decide for further steps
Maintain Tracker of the hiring process , analyse and make decisions based on the analysis of the data.
