“Help Our Sales team to close Enterprise deals in the most effective way”
Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Review and analyze technical requirements/business process needs of clients RFP / RFI
Create end-to-end responses to RFPs / RFIs. Preparing techno-marketing proposals.
Review RFI/RFP and provide comprehensive responses by working closely with technical and sales teams
Identify customer requirements and prepare proposals and presentations.
Detailed demonstration of WebEngage platform and its capabilities.
Understands buying process cycle in Private/PSU and should be well known with the dynamics of both the sectors
Ability to create solution documents and other key documents & presentation to enable sales as a function
Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client.
Periodic review with Top Leadership team on the action plans and improvements.
Should have Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis.
Maintain strong relationships with CXO’s and key decision-makers and influencers in the client organization.
Participate and team up with sales, delivery, and Partner Managers to provide complete solutions to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+yrs experience in solution/consultative selling.
Should have an understanding of marketing automation space.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, IT Service operations, business process realignment of enterprises
Strong in techno-commercial negotiations, Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
Experience in understanding business. tech and offering solutions in software/saas/digital products
Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
