Full Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Account cum Admin professionals for our Accounts Department.

Department: Accounts
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
Able to handle accounts bookkeeping.
Voucher creation, maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping.
Data Entry using Tally ERP Software
Payment follow up with local clients
Prepare Invoices for domestic clients.
Maintaining Fixed asset list with proper documentation of asset transfer and receipts
Purchase of Fixed assets & other stationaries
Updating Invoice status reports
Collect the TDS Certificates and other statutory documents from the clients and filed in a proper manner for audit purpose
Collecting of cash and cheques from clients and remitting it in office or bank as per management instructions
General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
Professional Skills
Should have solid accounting and taxation experience
BCom with a minimum experience of 2-3 years
Only Male candidates are preferred.
