I. Job Summary
WM is hiring for Supply Chain/Logistics profiles for Gurgaon location.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Request bookings (as per Export CSR and Freight team)

• Modifying bookings per request from CSR or Freight team (anything listed in the confirmation)

• Request updated confirmation due to vessel schedule changes (skip/omission..etc)

• Aware of restricted T/S or routing for our commodity (like Antwerp or EUR), and avoid any bookings

III. Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate should be graduated
• 3 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics or related field
• Strong organizational problem solving, and communication skill
• Clear and concise verbal/written communication
• Computer proficiency – MS Office
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow instructions and manage time effectively without supervision
• Attention to detail, excellent organization, ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, take initiative with pro-active approach to problem solving, and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Experience with ocean freight booking tools is a plus
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions to support functional area of responsibility as needed.
