Your Opportunity
As an individual contributor in the Program management office at Walmart India Delivery Center, you define and maintain project management standards across the organization, documentation, guidance, defining project metrics and KPIs, driving them across the org, management tools, templates, help with the strategic & operational planning, help run Staff meetings, Operational reviews, quarterly business reviews, etc
Helps connect with support functions such as Recruitment, Learning, Security etc. to cater to the needs of the 400+ organization.
Your Responsibility
Monitor product development reporting and assist the pillar lead in reporting to Senior Management.
Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking across cost center
Update and maintain the Action Log, Decisions Log, and Risk and Issue Register at the pillar lead level
Ensure the appropriate programme benefits are identified, quantified and their realisation planned.
Manage and compile cost center related financial and KPI information.
Track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the cost center to corporate financial processes.
Track product development control and governance.
Help run staff meetings and track action items
Collaboratively work with the shared service teams like HR, recruitment to setup, track data and metrics
Your Qualifications
Graduate with 8+ years of experience in IT programs
Experience of managing a PMO office for 350+ organisation/ teams.
Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning
Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
Ability to communicate and influence others at all levels of the business.
Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
Excellent interpersonal skills, good with people, ability to negotiate
Experience across the product development SDLC with agile practices
Ability to drive metrics collection across the team.
