1. Recruitment, Selection and Induction Process:
2. Prepare and issue of LOI and LOA for the candidates selected along with the joining formalities including Medical check to be completed.
3. Assist to ensure all personnel records are maintained accurately and secure.
4. Keep office and candidate filing up to date. Conduct regular file culls for candidate files.

6. Full & final settlement formalities to be carried out.
7. Process all relevant data starting from the hiring until the separation of an associate such as the leave requests, the performance appraisal results or any other documents affecting the associate’s experience at the hotel according to hotel policies and procedures.
8. To be familiar with and knowledgeable of the Labor Code for your own understanding and to advise Associates of conditions.
9. Ensure Human Resource Policies are maintained and up-to-date.
10. Maintain an efficient filing system (manual and computerized) to ensure easy access to all records and files.
11. Respond to Associate requests for statements of service/earnings and take responsibility for other general inquiries.
12. Maintain termination details, arrange exit interviews, certificates of service and archive terminated employee files regularly.
13. Ensure filing all payroll/personnel paperwork within two weeks of receipt and maintain accuracy of all files.
14. Be pro-active in streamlining Human Resources Practices and sourcing new ways to improve current systems.
15. Prepare and maintain files, reports, letter, memorandums and other relevant business documentation
