Introduction: Coordinating the international shipment of goods. Communicating with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors and have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers/buyers. Presentable and has good command on the language.
Responsibilities:

 Handling new and existing export customer’s enquiries and reverting with necessary details immediately.

 Coordination with the manufacturing facility for arranging samples and trial orders.
 Understanding the requirement of the customer and discussion with the team for fulfilment of the enquiry.
 Grade identification of the products.
 Handling pricing information.
 Analyse the logistics options for shipment and plan the shipment strategy.
 To be updated with the organization’s international marketing activities are aligned and updated with current policies and guidelines.
 Be adept in understanding foreign currencies & conversion and knowledge of market trade in respect of various foreign currencies.
 To complete, file and maintain EXIM documents pertaining
to Pre and Post Shipment such as Proforma Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes etc.
 Communication with freight forwards, CHA (Customs House Agent), Transporter.
 Communication with suppliers, consignee, agents, transporters.
 To follow up regularly and diligently with logistics companies to ensure timely shipments of goods.
 Track the shipment and follow up for payment Technical Knowledge
 Product knowledge.
 Nature of logistics & supply chains.
 Factors in logistics decision making.
 Current trade policies and guidelines related to shipment.

Writing Skills:
 Complete accurate well written work with attention to detail and use of grammar.
 Communicate with customers/suppliers in writing.
Reading Skills:
 Read & follow guidelines, rules, processes, export documents & agreements.
Oral Communication (Listening and Speaking skills)
 Listening effectively and orally communicate information accurately.
 Good command on language – both written as well oral.
 Ask for clarification and advice from the concerns.
Key Skills

 Presentable.
 Good communication/coordination skills. Writing, reading and verbal.
 Excellent customer service skills
 Knowledge of export laws and regulations.
Minimum Exp: 2 – 5 years
Education Graduate & Diploma in EXIM preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
