Description
The HR Services Advisor is responsible for providing remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice based on HR procedures to employees and managers, spanning basic pay queries, benefits and other HR transactions (for example, recruitment, graduate programmes, HR Systems and ad-hoc HR Projects). The HR Services Advisor performs tasks using HR systems, defined procedures and processes to provide clear HR support to Vodafone employees and/or the business. Typically reports to the HR Services Manager.
Job Responsibility

Good understanding of range of procedures and concepts for certain HR end to end processes to deliver assigned HR administration tasks;Provides transactional services personally and via telephone or email to all managers and employees, using clear communication and common courtesy based on written HR policies and defined processes;.Provides consistent advice for certain HR end to end processes accurately and through on the job training and adherence to defined administration processes, in line with agreed KPIs and service levels;Exchanges information to deliver assigned tasks for a certain end-to-end HR process.
