Manages all day-to-day operations of the Production, Monitor the Production of Bread ,Cookies ,Rusk ,Cakes Line
· Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
· New Product Development
· Coordinates activities with Team to engage in Production line
· Checks the quality of raw and finished products to ensure that standards are met.
· Monitor stocks for ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
· Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for Production
· all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures.
· Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
· Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
· To follow high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all processes
· To comply with all the statutory compliances under FSSI and HACCP
· Operates and maintains all department equipment and s malfunctions.
· To ensure documentation of all Standard Operating Procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
· To device the systems of minimizing the wastage and manage budgetary cost controlling methods
· Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
· Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
