Designation – Hospitality Manager& Sr. Hospitality Manager
Location: Faridabad (Manufacturing Plant)
Experience – Must have complete knowledge 7 to 10 years’ experience and Three- four year as Unit Manager at Unionized site
Salary up to Rs.55k Gross
Industrial catering experience is must.
1) As unit manager he must have a team of 50 staff.
2) Candidate must be Hotel Management/ Graduate.
3) Good knowledge of MS Office.
Job Description
a) The candidate must have ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
b) Must have knowledge of menu/recipe, cost control and Food and Beverage operations
c) Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
d) Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
e) Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
f) Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
g) Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
h) Develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to work toward commercial efforts. Financial planning and budgeting are an important aspect of this job.
i) Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
j) Responsible for maintaining existing customer relationshipsand developing the contract with the regional business plan and Company strategy
k) Responsible for HSE compliance within the catering services.
l) Manage the Catering Operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales and GP targets.
m) To deliver the highest possible standard of food with the resources available and within budget.

n. To ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacksand beverages to the required standards and give regular feedbacks.
o. To ensure that all F&B service areas are clean and maintained well.
p. To ensure stewards/ supervisors are always correctly dressed.
q. To ensure staffing levels are corrects and to agreed standard and are not exceeded without prior consultations.
r. To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
s. To ensure effective trainings/ briefings of the staff
t. Daily checks of cash process, inventory control, food wastage control and material cost control.
u. Daily walk through of the out lets and share observation with client.
v. Introduce new item in the cyclic menu.
w. Implementation of effective feedback mechanism and timely corrective and preventive majors.
