1. Design and update job descriptions.2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn.3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.4. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).5. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.6. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.7. Develops training and development programs and objectives8. Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.9. Induction training of new joined employees.10.
