We are looking for HR Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in mass recruitment.Location : Mohali Punjab ( Work from Office)Required Skills/Abilities: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needsScreening resumesPerforming in-person and phone interviews with candidatesAdministering appropriate company assessmentsPerforming reference and background checksMaking recommendations to company hiring managersCoordinating interviews with the hiring managersFollowing up on the interview process statusCommunicating employer information and benefits during the screening processCompleting timely reports on employment activityExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Experience with advanced recruitment skills.Efficient in achieving targetsEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.2-3 years of experience mass recruitmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Work Remotely:No
