Position Description
Seeking for a strong team member to join our security team as Senior Information Security Specialist for maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected within an Information Security management System (ISMS).
The role provides support and consultations with the other nominated Information security professionals and business units across Visteon Corporation.
The Responsibilities
Compliance & Standards
Establish, develop and maintain information assets and technologies in adherence to the company regulations, policies as well as in compliance to the legal and regulatory requirements
Development and publication of information security policies and procedures
Responsible for the secure build, acquisition and implementation as well as for the delivery, service and support of technical measures concerning Information Security
Lead security assessments, audits and compliance requirements of Visteon’s customers
Lead information security audits and oversight of information security audit remediation
Regulate the company specific concerns regarding Information Security on behalf of the management which includes the alignment, planning, monitoring, evaluation and assessment of Information Security
Risk Management
Design, develop and manage risk framework for the organization to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control a broad spectrum of risks
Ensure information risks are addresses in an effective and efficient manner, commensurate with Visteon’s risk appetite
Support, advise and assure on the risk assessment process and risk exposure for IT and business
Review and advise on information security risks of vendor including technology integration
Drive security issues to resolution through continuous engagement with internal stakeholders including engineering, operations, and shared services
Lead initiatives to streamline, automate and scale to meet the challenges of an evolving threat landscape
Measure track and report KPIs & provide metrics and dashboards
Desired Competencies:
Expert understanding in information security methodologies, frameworks and tools.
Experience in developing/managing Information Security management systems (ISMS)
Experience in implementing and managing TISAX,ISO 27001, ISO 31000,ISO 22301 standards
Expert knowledge on risk management methodologies like NIST, ISO 31000, STRIDE
Knowledge of IT process implementation (ITIL)
Knowledge on cloud security framework
General knowledge on data privacy regulations (GDPR)
Knowledge on broad range of security technologies, including NextGen Firewalls, DLP, NAC, IDS/ IPS, IdAM, SIEM, Endpoint Protections
Good communication and presentation skills
Persistent, self-managing, results-oriented and innovative
Fluent in written and spoken English
The Requirement
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
At least two or more certifications: ISO 27001(Implementation), CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CHFI, ITIL V3
8 -10 years hands on experience in a security domain
