About the PMO:
The 5 major roles of PMO through which we provide guidance and structure to the execution of projects are

5. Standards
Responsibilities: (Some are monthly and weekly activities)
1. To ensure the resource efforts for every project are tracked in velocity on a weekly basis and approved on time. This ensures there is no delay in triggering the monthly invoicing of all projects.
2.i. To ensure the mandatory compliance trainings (Virtusa and Intuit) are completed by all the team members who are part of the account. These are very important as the client has zero-tolerance for non-compliant vendors.
2.ii. Follow-up on the EIQ assessments (Virtusa) and track them to closure.
2.iii. Follow-up on our internal Techchefs manager regarding the other client trainings assigned to the team and to get them completed before the due date.
3. i. To monitor the WAND for new opportunities and share the Req#, JD, skillsets, max rate details with the recruitment team. This would lead to having the right resources for the job.
3.ii. Uploading the profiles on WAND appropriately, informing the Staff Aug POC, follow-up with Intuit/Virtusa recruitment teams, schedule interviews and liasing between the recruitment team. If the candidate is shortlisted by the client manager, inform the recruitment team to initiate offer discussion and inform HR to initiate BGV checks.
4. Encourage the project team members to adhere to the organization process for raising WFH requisition, expense claims, leaves, etc and approve them on time. Also educate the new member on the process to be followed.
5. Follow up with all our internal Project managers to share their KPI metrics for the project, update the partner performance in Quickbase and update our internal tracker with the respective links and the NPS scores. Reminding the Intuit managers to provide their feedback and NPS scores for the respective projects.
6. Documentation of the weekly productivity updates of the team. Capturing discussion points from the meeting and following up on the action items to closure.
7. Guiding newer teams on the processes to be followed and document formats to be used.
8. Follow up with the Internal TechChefs managers to share the monthly reports with the management within the first week of the subsequent month.
9. Revisiting the existing processes followed in the team and to work on simplifying it.
