Scheduling the webinars
Preparing webinar session with necessary materials
Email correspondence for the webinars, meetings
Follow up with clients on calls and emails
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Testing the application and reporting bugs or issues to the development team
Training the team and the client-side coordinator on application
Giving demos to the clients virtually or at the client’s site
Requirements:
Fresher/One year of experience in a related field.
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
