HR Manager

Virohaa Internet Media has a long history of wonderful, involved employees, and we’re seeking for a Human Resources Manager to carry on that joyful legacy. The ideal applicant will have past HR or recruiting expertise, as well as a full grasp of HR policies and processes.

The majority of the job will entail employee orientations, benefits administration, salary, incentives, and dispute resolution, but there will be plenty of room for system development and improvement. We are looking for an HR manager who is good at connecting with people and has a detail-oriented approach to deal with the changing nature of the workforce.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the recruitment and selection process

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Maintain pay plan and benefits program

· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience as HR Manager or HR Executive

· People-oriented and results-driven

· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Education

Master’s in HR or above from English Medium background only
