Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific customer’s requirementsCalling candidates in the US (or other international markets) and discuss job openings. Build a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders.Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes and the discussion.Understanding analyzing the requirement of the position based on clients specificationsInvolved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.Utilize internal database to identify potential candidatesPost jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidatesDevelop creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunitiesAbility to recruit with a sense of urgencyA strong work ethic and sense of commitmentGood attitude and aptitudeGood communication skills (fluency in English)
