ABOUT US
Vighnharta Multi-State Co-Op. Credit Soc. Ltd., Mumbai is a Multi State Co-Operative Society registered under Multi State Co-Operative Society Act 2002, having its registration number : M.S.C.S./C.R./553/2012.
The primary objective of the society is to uplift the social and financial status of its members by promoting/educating saving habits amongst them. The saving products can be in the shape of Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Monthly Income Schemes and some other investment plans. The society has its registered office in Mumbai. The area of operation of the society is limited to the areas of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa.
The main motto of the society is to promote the interest of its members to attain their social and economic betterment through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with co-operative principles. The society is also committed to promote the economic interests and general welfare of the member in particular and public in general to offer them the opportunities to achieve best possible life standard and the overall development by assisting them in number of ways.
We believe in values rather than those who associated purely with profit making. We balance the need for profitability with the needs of our members and the wider interests of the community.
Responsibility
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs within an organization
Conduct training for employees
Holding meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary
Planning and designing training activities for new hires
Maintaining correct and accurate training records
Collecting feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of several training methods.
Requirement:
Gujarati,Hindi,English Languages would be highly required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, since he/she is required to communicate with trainees and even the management, and also make presentations and gather reports or feedbacks.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other training and presentation software programs or applications
Good interpersonal skills, as HR is required to work effectively with colleagues, trainees, and management
At least, 1- 2 years of proven work experience either professionally or through an internship
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline.
