ABOUT US:
Verve Direct is a team of media buyers, network affiliates, ad technologists, and marketers, focused on powering growth for our various clients globally. We help brands acquire more customers – more profitably – in markets around the world by bringing together, within our unique marketplace, a variety of different products and tracking partners.
The Advertising Operations Coordinator works with our Advertising Operations department, and is responsible for the coordination and provision of work tickets globally relating to the onboarding, management, and web tracking of clients – while maintain a high and cordial level of customer service.
What you will be doing:
On a ticketing/request basis system, reporting to our Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for:
Delivering a high level of customer service, online and through various platforms, to internal and external stakeholders
Learning and mastering the primary systems and tools we use in Operations – Browser Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Everflow, and more
Working independently with clients and internal stakeholders to determine and resolve ad tracking issues, tracking discrepancies, etc.
Acting as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting live campaigns on traffic sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, Outbrain, Criteo and more
Coordinating with our global ad operations, product, sales, FE dev and analytics teams to launch new campaigns, troubleshoot, and coordinate the development of new marketing assets
Authoring and maintaining user-friendly documentation for team members and potential users and assisting in any team-wide tasks as such.
Meeting minimum productivity standards as dictated by the team lead via one-on-ones, quarterly planning, and so forth.
You will be mentored by a senior colleague in this field throughout your time here, or otherwise until you become a senior colleague yourself!
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Computer Sciences, and Business/Commerce (any concentration/focus)
Some basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Proven track record of high-quality service with internal or external stakeholders in a corporate environment
A high attention to detail and pride in your work
You consider yourself tech savvy, and someone who cannot stand to see an inefficient process stand
A keen eye for requirements gathering and problem solving
A genuine interest and desire to craft a career in eCommerce
BONUS – Any experience using Google Tag Manager to set up tracking pixels, custom triggers, and scripts
BONUS – Any experience with one of : Everflow, CAKE, HasOffers, HitPath, Thrive, Voluum, etc.
BONUS – Experience with any of browser console (network, sources, element), Python, Javascript
BONUS – Customer service experience or marketing coordinator experience in any ecommerce environment
