About the role:
Customer Support is the single most important function at go4WorldBusiness. We have a vibrant and dynamic team of Support Agents who work round the clock to answer customer queries and provide quick resolution to all customer complaints.
What you’ll do most of the time:
-Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by phone, email or chat
-Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
-Process and log incoming/outgoing calls into the CRM system
-Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
-Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
What you’ll need to Qualify:
-Self-motivated and driven by targets
-Resilience
-Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
-Excellent customer service skills, with experience in interacting with customers by phone, email, chat, or other mediums is highly required
Experience: Atleast 1-5 years

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
