Job Description:
 Reviewing & monitoring service level parameters & ensure the performance levels are maintained in line
with requirement.
 Supporting and driving productivity projects in support of business needs and developments.
 Developing appropriate processes and ensure their implementation in order to achieve above targets
 Analysing the daily Load and capacity and drafting short term and long-term strategies accordingly
 Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly business review meetings.
 Reviewing and revising warehouse productivity Bench-mark for each operational activity.
 Overseeing day to day operations, inbound, inventory, outbound, first mile logistics & returns
 Managing inventory management – slotting, accuracy, damage and shrinkage control.
 Planning, Strategy deployment, day-to-day Operations in Order management/fulfilment.
 Developing a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause.
 Implementing Kaizen, JIT, 5S, Lean process and Inventory and employee’s safety.
 Implementing inventory slotting and pick path optimization to minimize movement
 Communicating & Co-ordinating with other departments (within WH & beyond WH) to ensure seamless
work.
 Scheduling all maintenance related actionable of the warehouse.
 Implementing any new technology/ System/ Processes.
 Ensuring, cost control, Scrap sale and 3PL bill verification and processing.
 Managing quality assurance through preventive and corrective actions.
 Handling cross training of associates through skill matrix management.
 Ensuring safe, clean and healthy working environment in compliance to statutory requirements and
company policies.
