What you’ll be doing…
As a consultant of Quality Engineering, the work you’ll be doing will help ensure that software solutions work as expected and meet the requirements of the users. You will be working with colleagues across IT to improve designs, identify performance constraints, resolve complex system issues and communicate required changes. The solutions you help implement will help meet our customer’s needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.
Planning, tracking and reporting on complex projects, establishing clear roadmaps for project delivery and identifying areas for improvement.
Owning and delivering multiple modules or programs independently.
Leading and mentoring a small team of quality engineers and partner with stakeholders like Business Analysts, Developers, SME and Architect on test activities and deliverables.
Working on or evaluating on new automation/framework using standard test automation tools for improving on the testing efficiency.
Collaborating with multi-functional teams
Utilizing the testing lifecycle tools, DevOps/Agile tools for day-to-day operations, status reporting and to collaborate with other partners.
Driving innovation to transform the practices and improve the overall delivery excellence by working through project dynamics.

You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with various automation tools & frameworks, developing software test plans, managing defects lifecycle using standard tools.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe teams.
Strong experience on testing principles, applying different testing techniques to deliver a high quality product.
Ability to adopt an automation first approach and execute the automation test strategies.
Knowledge of reusable component development.
