What you’ll be doing…
Demonstrate Omni-channel thinking and engagement creation experience.
Provide solutions and high level design artifacts for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties.
Understand complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level.
Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
Research, prototype, and document the organization’s best practices using industry standards for new technology usage.
Promote and teach best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques.
Own certain areas of architecture in terms of delivery.
Assist in making build vs. buy decisions; coordinate with other business units in the organization to stay informed of emerging technology implementations.
Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience.
What we’re looking for…
As part of Enterprise Architecture group, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect (PEGA) who is creative with strong interest in technology and will focus on emerging technologies and finding opportunities to architect the next generation, large-scale business systems. You have experience in multiple features for PEGA and integration of large business systems with PEGA features. You are able to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business designs and models. You have exposure to broad skills with various software products, technologies, and platforms for web/mobile and Desktop in BPM, Integration, Case Management and Micro services.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Hands-on experience in Pega BPM, Case Management, Pega Decisioning, DSM component knowledge, SOA & EAI(Enterprise Application Integration).
Strong knowledge on Case management and hands-on experience on complex enterprise case life cycles.
Three or more years of Pega development experience on BPM, Pega UI and Case Management applications using Pega 7.1 or higher.
Two full life cycle implementation of Pega Applications which includes, Requirement capturing using DCO, Use case identification & elicitation, Using Application Accelerator & Application Profiler, case management and production deployment.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture definition using Pega Products and different design patterns across enterprise layer for re-usability.
POC Development experience using PEGA case lifecycle and flows based on business requirements.
Experience with implementation of PRPC application involving different components including flows, activities, assignments, Harness, Sections, listeners, Agents, connectors, services, Functions, Core java programming etc.
Knowledge of the following Pega Framework and Tools: CS (CPM), AES / PDC.
Certificates CSA or CSSA.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
