This is a highly-visible and senior role reporting directly to the CEO.Role and Responsibilities: Complete ownership of HR & TA functions.Initial focus will be on TA (100 in the next 5-6 months), but will gradually shift towards HRactivities as the firm scales.Owner of staffing plan, manage team of recruiters to fulfil positions as per the roadmap.Create Comp & Ben strategy, ensure statutory compliances with regards to HR are met.Manage agency vendors, contracts & agreements, and proposals under guidance from CEO.Manage office facility and administration.Screen and direct phone calls.Job Types: Full-time, VolunteerSalary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All Employers need to wear mask and surface is sanitize.Experience:total work: 8 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 01244362900
