JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Manage day-to-day store operations, Responsible for material planning & organising material delivery to production & Customer service team for seamless operation
2 Maintaining organized records (stock, Invoices etc.,) preparing necessary documentation and ing
3 Managing, controlling and improving overall stores activity by inventory control
4 Responsible for logistics activities (Raw material, Finished goods) both supplier and customer end
5 Ensure timely Goods Received Note (GRN) considering proper storage, quality and quantity checks.
6 Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries
7 Communicating and coordinating with other departments, Attending the various meeting with cross function dept as and whenever required
8 Responsible for External and Internal audits
9 Making the monthly presentation data as a part of review for stores Inventory and managements
10 Responsible for cost reduction logistics activities whever possible
11 Quick response to material requirement to Customer service team & Organizing in very swift manner, by handcarrying material if necessary for timely delivery
12 5S/safety/ proper storage and continual improvement in stores & logistics function 13 Proficient in computer skills, specially in MS-Office (Excel proficiency is must).
14 Good Communication Skill, Co-ordination with site staff for materials & Bills/ Invoices & Logistics
